Situated north of Kathmandu valley, Rasuwa district is surrounded by Langtang and Ganesh Himal Mountain. The district is spread in an area of 1,544 square Kilometer and consists of 8 VDCs namely, Thuman, Briddim, Gatlung, Goljung, Langtang, Syabrubensi, Chilime and Dhunche. This is new trekking route opened for the tourist, and we can go with fully camping tent camp trek. The routes main attraction is the rich Tamang and Tibetan culture. Though majority of the population are Tamangs, other ethnic groups like Bahuns, Ghale also live here. Historical places Rasuwaghadi, religious attractions like Tatopani Parbati Kunda, are the most famous with different landscape and the mountain views. The route rang from 1467m altitudes of 3165m and has variety of tropical, subtropical, temperate and sub alpine vegetation.
